He ensured that I had every question answered and even more when I reached the dealership. They detailed the car for me and offered some excellent incentives in spite of it being a used car. I took off 1 star - solely because of the Finance Manager there. Not ready to answer straight questions, absolutely no show of emotion or gratitude on his face for me being a customer. Guess he wasn’t too happy about me not financing the car through them or not buying all the extra packages that were being sold to me. Sign here, sign there and he was done. I even had to ask for a receipt for my 30% downpayment!! The remaining 4 stars are all for my advisor, Dawit. He was the rockstar of my buying experience. More
