When we went into the dealership he was gone for the day but Chris Ibarra took over and was great to work with. We couldn't get to the dealership until almost closing time and he stayed late to help us finish the deal, including the rest of the sales/finance team! Nai Saechao handled the signing process. He was friendly and easy to work with. On top of that, the receptionist who answered the phone and greeted us were professional and quick to get us to the right place.
