First of all there people were standing outside when I pulled up not nowhere to be seen like Honda Curtis Jare came up and introduced himself right away, shortly after that Nai Saechao came and introduced himself as the manager and I told him what I was kinda looking for they both discussed it and came up with list of cars to show me. They were very helpful answering questions and were able to find me the perfect car and because I am on a fixed income worked till I not only had the payment I needed but the car I love.I`ve already told everyone I know what a great deal I got and that the customer service was just as great. Keep up the good work Curtis and Nai you made Elkgrove Toyota and buying my first new car in 25 yrs a easy thing. More

After shopping all over the Sacramento area, Roseville, Maita and many Toyota dealerships, I found that Elk Grove Toyota is the best. I received the best service with the most knowledge out of all the dealerships in Sacramento. They treated me with respect and were also honest which you do not find at dealerships usually. Even though I did not purchase a car today because I need to wait until the beginning of the year, I will not go anywhere else but Elk Grove Toyota because of Grant and Nai.
