Once we decided to go with the Avalon, James didn't put us through the usual back and forth negotiation tactics. We immediately got an offer over dealer invoice that we could live with, (made sweeter by the manufacturer $4000 rebate offer), and the deal was done.. Also received fair trade-in value on our old sedan. Paperwork is lengthy no matter what, but Nai make the process as painless as possible, and their technology made reviewing the terms easier than ever. More

Pete responded to my email inquiry about a specific Camry that was exactly what I was looking for. We negotiated a price (all via email) and set a date to come in. Unfortunately, it was Pete's day off...but he set me up with James. James is very friendly, professional, knowledge and honest...so much so, that we've since purchased two cars from James/E.G. Toyota - and we live an hour away! When we were in the market, we just reached out to James. He always responds quickly and answers all my crazy questions! James helped us with our purchase of a used 2010 Corolla for our daughter at New Years (2017), and with our sons first car purchase of a 2015 certified pre-owned Corolla last weekend. Nai assisted, for the finanace piece, in two of the three purchases (the third was purchased outright)...and was wonderful to work with! When I'm ready to upgrade my 2017 Camry....I'll most certainly be reaching out to James; and hope to work with Nai again! More

My Purchase of 2018 Prius C Two I was in the market for a 2nd car and was looking at an hatch back as i already had an SUV. This was our commute car so wanted a reliable car. We were looking for Prius C as its an hybrid and would save us gas money but we were also looking at Subaru Imprezza .We took a test drive of both the cars ad we liked Subaru a lot and decided that was our car. But we always take a day before making any major decisions.The next day we decided to take one more test drive of Prius and then go and buy Subaru. We came to Elk Grove Toyota and we were working with Jeremy. He was amazing but he was off. Bill helped us to get one more test drive and we changed our mind and we bought that car.
