Unexpected, but great experience! Went to the dealership to check out the RAV4 as we were planning on renting that type of vehicle on vacation. Long happened to be walking by and offered to show it to us.. It was a little small so we asked to see a Highlander. Long was very accommodating. He showed us a few models and went over all the features, etc. He was very pleasant and not a bit pushy as we hadn't come to purchase a car to begin with. We left, but returned a couple days later to test drive the Highlander. That SUV is so nice and roomy, handles well and is a smooth ride not to mention all the great features. Love the back up camera! Long, Steve and Nai all worked with us to give us a good deal. This is our third Toyota purchased from this dealership. All of the staff that we dealt with during the process was great! More

Easy, pleasent, and no pressure. My aunt, Sheila Radford, went with me to purchase a new car. She talked me into trying the Toyota dealer. I had my jeep for so long, I wasn't sure. So My aunt, Sheila Radford, went with me to purchase a new car. She talked me into trying the Toyota dealer. I had my jeep for so long, I wasn't sure. So, we entered the Elk Grove Dealership and it was a wonderful atmosphere. We ran into James McGaha right away. Sheila leased her car from James last year. Right away, James made me feel at ease and no pressure. He walked us around the lot looking at different styles and colors. The Highlander stood out for me. We took a test drive and I knew this was the car for me. James took us into the office and started the paper work process. I decided to lease my car instead of purchase and James worked out a fantastic deal. The entire process was stress free. I next met with Nai Saechoa in the finance department. This again, was a very pleasent experience. He explained things clearly and made the process easy. I would truly like to thank James and Nai for a wonderful, stressless day. I am enjoying my new car. I have told several people about my experience and told them if they ever wanted to replace their Toyota or switch to Toyota to go see James and Nai. I would highly recommend him. Having done internet shopping this was my first experience and it was GREAT. This is definitely the way to go! I walked in to drive the car I wanted, inside leather was two tone which I did not like, so Jeremy found the same car with a black leather interior and had it driven down while I was completing the paper work. The Finance person Nai was also very great. I will definitely consider coming back to buy my next Toyota. More
