No games, tricks or other shenanigans- just an honest deal from a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him for your car buying needs. Nai Saechao in the Finance department was also outstanding. He explained all the options in a low-pressure, friendly way. Super nice guy who helped me finish up the deal with a smile. If you work with these two gentlemen you will have a great experience! When I made my lease-to-buy purchase on a 2014 Scion tc from Mr. Scott Nannini, he treated me with the sort of patience, sincerity and respect I would normally expect when purchasing luxury class, not "aff from Mr. Scott Nannini, he treated me with the sort of patience, sincerity and respect I would normally expect when purchasing luxury class, not "affordable class". Scott listened carefully to my description of why I needed a new car, and of how I would be using it. He helped me to troubleshoot about my automobile-shopping priorities, such as the fact that safety is my first priority, but that I'm on a limited budget. At all times, I felt that my purchasing needs came first, before his own need to make a sale. He also gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in. Scott Nannini is a gem. Likewise, Mr. Nai Saechao in finance was equally patient while explaining the logic and math behind the paperwork details of our deal. Finally, in customer relations, Ms. Frances Siria and Mr. Alvin Kumar made certain that I understood exactly how to use my new automobile's features before sending me on my way. I believe that my Scion-purchasing experience at Elk Grove Toyota is the perfect model of how an automobile deal should proceed. By the way, it was Valentine's Day, so Scott gave me chocolates (See's candy- yum!!), and Nai gave me a beautiful Scion keychain. Frances had her office decorated with balloons; (I don't know whether that was for car-shoppers to "feel the fun" of the day, or because her sweetheart send it to her, but it sure worked on me). This sales team's patience, courtesy, attitude, thoroughness, and enthusiasm made my Valentines Day 2014 car purchase a truly festive occasion, and they have earned my loyalty. More

I must admit that I had tried to buy previously a Prius from another Toyota dealer in Sacramento area but it left me in a sour note.Elk Grove Toyota dealer has put a cohesive group of individuals that understand the needs of the client.Congratulations!This team really have a passion for excelent customer service. I spent entire month buying a car, it was a fleet rental in good shape. I bought a 10 Corolla. Want to get a Tacoma in spring,hopefully I can get a good deal on it. After going to a few other dealerships such as Hyundai and VW, I ended my search here at Elk Grove Toyota. I met with a salesman by the name of Nai, who was very pleasant to work with. I gave him a list o and VW, I ended my search here at Elk Grove Toyota. I met with a salesman by the name of Nai, who was very pleasant to work with. I gave him a list of what I could afford and the monthly payments I was willing to make. Next thing you know, he pulls up a list of every car on the lot that applied to me! He took us out and personally showed us all of the cars that were on his list. Finding one that stood out to me, I asked for a full history report as well as warranty information and options. There was no repeatedly going back and forth to negotiate price, just good ol' fashioned service! He even gave us a great deal on an extended warranty! Being a college student, Nai helped me find the car that fit my budget. He even showed me that in the end he was losing money by selling at such a low price, but that he really didn't need to take money from a college student. :) In all, I had a great experience here, and would definitely recommend friends and family! First of all there people were standing outside when I pulled up not nowhere to be seen like Honda Curtis Jare came up and introduced himself right away, shortly after that Nai Saechao came and introduced himself as the manager and I told him what I was kinda looking for they both discussed it and came up with list of cars to show me. They were very helpful answering questions and were able to find me the perfect car and because I am on a fixed income worked till I not only had the payment I needed but the car I love.I`ve already told everyone I know what a great deal I got and that the customer service was just as great. Keep up the good work Curtis and Nai you made Elkgrove Toyota and buying my first new car in 25 yrs a easy thing. More
