Hi, my name is Nai Saechao and I would like to share a little bit about myself. I love to spend time with my beautiful family and friends. My favorite pastimes are fishing and golf. I have been at Elk Grove Toyota-Scion for 3 years and I take great pride in the job I do. Being a sales person is very rewarding and I absolutely love meeting new people! Elk Grove Toyota-Scion is an awesome place to be employed, they provide a pleasant atmosphere and have given me all the tools that I need to provide you with excellent, over the top, customer service. I gave this place a good review and now I've changed my mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the fina mind. I was told more then once my toyota camry 2023 came with no alarm which I thought was really strange ...I questioned the sales guy and the finance guy and both said no it doesn't come with one. I believe we were lied to because it indeed has an alarm we found by accident and I believe I was lied to so I could be talked into buying lo jack from them. Had I known it had an alarm there would be no need to buy lojack which is terrible by the way. I think they took advantage of me and my 93 yr old mother who paid cash for a thirty thousand car. Elk grove toyota you should be ashamed of how you do business and the 2 people who helped us should be dealt with. I want people to know that this is not a good place to buy a car. They are liars. More

I want to thank Brian Rea for always providing the best service at Elk Grove Toyota. Brian has been assisting my family purchasing Toyotas since 2006. I think we have purchased approximately seven vehicles service at Elk Grove Toyota. Brian has been assisting my family purchasing Toyotas since 2006. I think we have purchased approximately seven vehicles from Brian over the years. And just yesterday (7-1-2022) Brian found me my dream Tacoma TRD Off Road 4WD truck faster then expected and I am over the moon.
