Honestly I was really happy with my experience at Certified Benz & Beemer. I went into it pretty skeptical given they’re located in AZ and I’m in NJ and I’ve never bought a car online (always in pers Certified Benz & Beemer. I went into it pretty skeptical given they’re located in AZ and I’m in NJ and I’ve never bought a car online (always in person) But my sales guy Naeem (Que) made the whole process so easy it made the whole experience a breeze. Knowing that I was out of state, he immediately offered to put together a video of the car (interior and exterior) which was really helpful. He was always professional and responsive and most importantly didn’t play any games that we’ve all been accustomed to over the years. Big shout out to Sara in Finance who made that phase of the buying process a breeze as well. Bottom line, I would definitely buy a car from them again. Thanks to Que and the entire team at CBB! More

Que was nothing short of amazing. The day I expressed interest in the car, he sent me a personalized video of the car showing me every detail before I even got there. Some of the best customer service in this type of industry that I have seen. The dealer on the other hand was sort of BS. Silly dealer fees for bad ceramic coating and tint that was so light I’m not even sure you can call it that. I had a prequal and was still there over 5 hours. The most hilarious thing is they only put half a tank of gas. 😂😂. I get times are tough, but if you spend 70k+ on a vehicle, you expect a full tank. Even Kia and Hyundai dealers give you a full tank of gas. Also, the car is brand new and didn’t have any books and only one key. Que went above and beyond to order and mail a new OEM book which was insanely cool. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there the day I picked up the car and when I was there in person, their response was simply that the car didn’t come with it and they weren’t budging on buying and providing it. So all in all, Que was amazing and dealership itself was meh/neutral. More

In our 65 years of marriage, we have purchased many autos. "Que" and Dana made the process "almost" painless. "Que" was genuinely kind and knowledgeable. This was our first purchase from CBB, and it likely will not be our last. The car we bought was 8 years old, and there has been a bit of follow up to fix minor cosmetic items. The dealership follow up has been seamless and much appreciated. We financed a portion of the purchase and that part of the CBB experience was as smooth and simple as any I have encountered in 50 years of buying vehicles. I will definitely return when next looking for a vehicle. This place is first rate. More
