Ok, I've had 35 years of building high performance teams and organizations where customer service was integral to profitability and success. I've also had the joy of owning 73 high performance cars over the and organizations where customer service was integral to profitability and success. I've also had the joy of owning 73 high performance cars over the past 40 years. That was just to set the tone that I'm not a beginner. The entire CBB team, from transportation, sales, to management and finance, was a dream, seamless, comfortable, totally relaxing and just a joy to do business. They were able to successfully balance the business of selling with the buyer's emotional perspective of purchasing. This transaction was achieved from Honolulu, HI. I don't think the whole shipping thing took more than 30 minutes. There were five TTS Roasters available in the U.S. I only wanted white with a black top, plus a TTS version. The vehicle arrived at port in one day. PASHA, the Hawaii from Mainland shipper, was in communications with the CBB's trucker from the get to. Nothing could fall between the cracks. Que, even sent me a vMarket Report comparing their prices nationally. I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture. This is a classy, friendly, family-like, operation. Because of their broad selection of high quality, desirable vehicles, this will be the last and only dealership I will purchase from this point on. I've trained dealership performance for Porsche, Chevrolet, and Jeep and Certified Benz and Beemer are the best of the best. If there was such a thing as a "Top Gun" award, Both CBB and Naimul "Que" would be the recipients. More

Que did a fantastic job. I was pretty specific in the vehicle I wanted and the condition. It took a few visits but he followed up consistently and texted me a photo of the Bl I was pretty specific in the vehicle I wanted and the condition. It took a few visits but he followed up consistently and texted me a photo of the Black M5 the second he knew it was coming in. That very same day I drove up to meet him, drive and inspect the car and ultimately put the deposit down. His team was fantastic and was able to get the car through its inspection and I was driving it the very next day. This is my second purchase with CBB and certainly not the last.
