Overall the sales team was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My only complaint is not with the dealership, but with "Southeast Toyota Distributors" who loaded the vehicle with a lot of expensive knowledgeable. My only complaint is not with the dealership, but with "Southeast Toyota Distributors" who loaded the vehicle with a lot of expensive, unnecessary "Optional" items ($5130) which could not be deleted. As an example, Phone Cable Pkg of 4 USB cables for $79, a screen protector for the touch screen for $129, TOYOGUARD Platinum with a couple of extra oil changes and tire rotations for $699, and extra cost floor mats for $499.
