He was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the workings on my new Ford Esca I dealt with Nameer Mikhail and had a wonderful car buying experience! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the workings on my new Ford Escape. He went over everything on the car with me and I felt very comfortable driving the car when I left the dealership. He handled everything very professionally from start to finish. I will buy my next Ford from Phil Long as long as you keep people like Nameer on board! More

Got what I wanted in the end Spent an entire day making a deal. Lots of 2014 inventory still in stock. Took my time & got what I wanted for my trade and off the sticker. Nameer wa Spent an entire day making a deal. Lots of 2014 inventory still in stock. Took my time & got what I wanted for my trade and off the sticker. Nameer was nice at first but when he felt my offer was too low he stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to get assistance from another salesman, Johnathan, who was very friendly & motivated to get the deal done. James Lee in finance was very friendly & the paperwork went quickly. My vehicle was marked with a star which denotes hail damage. Most of the damage was repaired but 2 panels still had damage and they agreed to replace them after the sale. A good experience overall. Would go there again. More

I was replacing a stolen car and absolutely dreading the thought of going through the rigmarole of buying a new one. I typically hate buying cars. I always feel like car sales men are distracting and phony. Every time I have left a lot with a new car I have the daunting feeling that i got ripped off, until now. Nameer was so authentic and informative. I NEVER ONCE felt pressure from him in any way. He was EXTREMELY patient with us as we negotiated and negotiated and negotiated again. He fought for us and we got an AMAZING deal on a brand new 2015 ford Fusion. I am so in in love with my new car and so pleased with the entire process. I will never go anywhere else. Nameer has obviously been at this a long time which is proven apparent by his finesse. Much thanks to him and ALL that he did for me. More
