Very good truck buying eperience at Phil Long Ford Littleton I had been looking at trucks for several months on the internet and saw a used F350 that looked good to me. Nameer Mikhail was the sales person that I had been looking at trucks for several months on the internet and saw a used F350 that looked good to me. Nameer Mikhail was the sales person that helped me. He asked what I would be using the truck for and patiently showed me used trucks that were available. Nameer also told me about the rabates available on new 2016 trucks, the F150, that definitely suited my minimal towing needs compared to the F350 or F250. His patience with my questions and his knowledge of the trucks was fantastic and helped me decide to purchase the 2016 F150. I can honestly say I have no regrets regarding the purchase and am very satisfied with the truck. Nameer was great! More

Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford line of cars and gave us lots of information as to the ins and outs of the models we were looking at. We test drove several models of the Edge and Nameer encouraged us to try different versions of the car until we found the exact one that met our needs. By the time we sat down to talk price, we were secure in what we were buying and excited about our purchase. While Nameer was working out the paper work he bought us lunch at the dealership's cafe where we could talk privately about our impending purchase. We were treated the whole time with great respect and courtesy. We would totally recommend Phjil Long Ford. More

We live out of town, but the dealership is very close to family in the area so it works out to be really convenient. The purchase process was very simple and low pressure. The vehicle came with service coupons for the QuickLane service department. Just pull up and get the oil changed or swap out my winter/summer tires. Things are always busy there, but they get you in and out in about an hour most times. Comfortable waiting room and great staff. More
