The scheduling system is terrible. You should tell customers that the scheduled service time is not actually when they work on your vehicle. They said they might need it two weeks. After reviewing the quote and a reviewing the final payment. My accountant recalculated all their numbers and I was overcharged by almost $50 for miscellaneous charges. The miscellaneous charges was $6 payment. My accountant recalculated all their numbers and I was overcharged by almost $50 for miscellaneous charges. The miscellaneous charges was $6.99 about what was charged $48 and some change. Their numbers on their " compared to their final bill was almost $50 difference and nothing in the final bill to show a 48 to $50 miscellaneous charge so please review your bill before you sign John Stephens More

Dropped off truck before business hours for 9am appointment. I arrived at 320 PM to be told they just started on my service and the 9am appointment was with the service writer, not for the actual s appointment. I arrived at 320 PM to be told they just started on my service and the 9am appointment was with the service writer, not for the actual service. I was told the truck would be ready in about 15 minutes which turned out to be 40. On my way home I discovered my state inspection sticker was scraped off for no reason so I had to go back through rush hour traffic to get them to put a new sticker on truck. More

Not impressed! Oil change should not take 3 hours!!!!!! Made a 10 am appt. For an oil change. I waited for my car in the service lobby. After 2 hours, I had to Oil change should not take 3 hours!!!!!! Made a 10 am appt. For an oil change. I waited for my car in the service lobby. After 2 hours, I had to ask what was taking so long. Was told waiting in filters, should have had my filters waiting for me before 10 am. Then told another 20 minutes. 45 minutes latter, which made me late for an appt. I was supposed to be completed. Upon reading my receipt, air and cabin filters not done, Now my tire pressure sensor is on. Very disappointed, dissatisfied. The counter reps did nothing to help the situation, rude. I will not recommend Southern Chevrolet to any of the teacher coworkers or friends. The worst. More
