With the exception of the wait for the talk with Finance, which wasn't bad, the whole experience was fun! I work for a competitive dealership so am familiar with how things work. They didn't have what I was looking for but Lou Fusz did. I didn't want to go out of family as it were, and was a bit hesitant. You were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough.
