They listened to the details of what I wanted in a car and directed me to a model that would fit my needs; bonus points for also finding the color I wanted!! I have been researching cars for a few weeks and contacted the sales manager (Marcus) to help me out. Within a few hours, he was able to find my dream car and asked me to come in to look at it! I was late to my appointment and it was super busy, but everyone was still welcoming, understanding, and attentive to me! I never felt so genuinely invited and comfortable in a car dealership before!! The team introduced themselves to me and they were friendly, treated me with great attention and care, and took time to answer all my questions/concerns. As soon as they showed me the car they found for me, I fell in love! I took it for a test drive and it was impressed at how smooth it was! Marcus and Alex took time to explain to me the financial options I have, and found financing options that was better than I expected! Everyone took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with the car before I purchased it and gave me tips on how to navigate the car (first time owning a luxury car). This has been the BEST car experience I've ever had - fast, knowledgeable, and genuine on helping me!!! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, they went above and beyond - I'm grateful to have had such a knowledgeable and caring team to help me find my dream car!!!
