We also have all of our service work performed at Brookdale Honda because they know our Honda vehicles better than anyone else, not to mention the coupons I receive for $19.95 oil changes with Genuine Honda 0W-20 Synthetic oil. New Lease (2) A couple of concerns that I ran into. The first is, the HR-V that I test drove was not the vechicle that I ended up purchasing. I went in to lease an A couple of concerns that I ran into. The first is, the HR-V that I test drove was not the vechicle that I ended up purchasing. I went in to lease an HR-V LX. The vehicle that I test drive I thought was the LX. I fell in love with the interior. I found later that what I test drove was the EX. I was not informed that would be test driving a vehicle different from what I wanted. Felt like I was miss led. The second issue was that when I went to drive off with the new HR-V, the batterie was dead. The third issue I had was my key fobs did not work, the dome light did not come on until the vehicle was turned on and the lock button on the drive side did not work. Took in to fix and found it was just a fuse. Very disappointing that I sent close to six hours between two days and there were issues with my brand new 2018 HR-V. More

Went in to ask about a used car - walked out with a new car. Went in to ask about a good looking used car I saw online. Nash, my salesman really tried to help me find that car only to find that it had been sold Went in to ask about a good looking used car I saw online. Nash, my salesman really tried to help me find that car only to find that it had been sold already. He suggested that I'd be better off driving a brand new Civic and I thought "yeah right". I never could have realized just how affordable it would be. To drive a new car, and it's a Honda (the best!). I save hundreds on gas by driving a '17 Civic and it looks so sharp - what an answered prayer and a dream come true even. The price that Nash said I would see on my monthly bill is exactly what I pay each month. Not one cent more! I paid zero money down with no trade in and I pay a very low monthly payment. It's awesome to see accompany with so much emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service, and VALUE!! Thank you Luther Brookdale Honda! More
