Manager was rude to my Husband, quoted me zero that warranty would cover after holding my car for two weeks said that it would be $2800. I made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived and then after about an hour they called to inform me the part needs to be ordered. This seems like something that would save both you and your customer a lot of time. On my previous visit they mixed up my appointments and accidentally cancelled my appointment. It was for two separate vehicles. Staff should be focused on the details more. I called about a Chevy appointment and not about my Hyundai appointment or vis-versa. I honestly don't know the woman's name that I worked with. They weren't very inviting/welcoming. This place overall is not very organized. More
