I made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived They could have ordered the part and then scheduled me to come in when the part was ordered. Instead, I made an appointment for my recall, I arrived and then after about an hour they called to inform me the part needs to be ordered. This seems like something that would save both you and your customer a lot of time. On my previous visit they mixed up my appointments and accidentally cancelled my appointment. It was for two separate vehicles. Staff should be focused on the details more. I called about a Chevy appointment and not about my Hyundai appointment or vis-versa. I honestly don't know the woman's name that I worked with. They weren't very inviting/welcoming. This place overall is not very organized. More

This was my first experience with the dealership, and my service from Natalie Darisay was hands down red carpet status. It was my first time dealing with my extended warrenty, as I have never needed it befo service from Natalie Darisay was hands down red carpet status. It was my first time dealing with my extended warrenty, as I have never needed it before, and that side of the situation was a pain but apparently not so uncommon. If it weren't for Natalie I would have cried from being overwhelmed. She made my situation feel like it was the only one and treated me with such compassion and empathy for my situation. She was so patient with me, extremely knowledgeable and really cared. Her customer service comes naturally and she is clearly an outstanding asset for Nissan. Thank you. I also want to note that the sweet older man, I believe his name was Efron, who greeted me with a warm smile and kind words as I approached to service entrance gives such a great first impression of Nissan. He's fantastic. More

Every time I bring my vehicle in, whether it’s a routine oil change and/or diagnostics, I have to wait an excessive amount of time. This visit, my vehicle sat for two hours from my appointment time and hadn oil change and/or diagnostics, I have to wait an excessive amount of time. This visit, my vehicle sat for two hours from my appointment time and hadn’t been touched. This was not the first time. I spoke to the manager for a resolution and I dread the wait time when I have to bring it in for more diagnostics. I really don’t want to do business with Jim Falk anymore because my time is not valued. The upside is Natalie at the check-in desk is very nice and professional. More
