The day of service Amber was nice but the reason I rated the dealership like I did was because when I brought the vehicle it listed for 22400 I paid cash for the car nobody said a word about a mark up and I the dealership like I did was because when I brought the vehicle it listed for 22400 I paid cash for the car nobody said a word about a mark up and I noticed the price y’all charge for it was over 26000 I had totally out the car that I had and was in pain and wasn’t looking at the paperwork but that will never happen again to me and the man that did the paperwork told me I would get free oil change as long I owned it but the shop said I get 3 free More

The service is dependable, but often extremely slow. The fee associated with debit card payments is ridiculously absurd and totally unacceptable in my opinion. I was caught off guard by the amount. I was told up front that the diagnostic fee would go towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inex towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inexpensive items that were closer to the price of the diagnostic fee, those items were no longer covered. On top of that, the diagnostic fee paperwork showed that the charge was for something that was fixed under a recall, so that charge shouldn't have been charged at all since it was a situation caused by a recall. The representative was quite rude when I tried to explain my concerns. We have used this location several times over the years and spent a lot of money in repairs, but this time has ruined all previous positive experiences. I will not be going back to this location. More
