I was told up front that the diagnostic fee would go towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inex towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inexpensive items that were closer to the price of the diagnostic fee, those items were no longer covered. On top of that, the diagnostic fee paperwork showed that the charge was for something that was fixed under a recall, so that charge shouldn't have been charged at all since it was a situation caused by a recall. The representative was quite rude when I tried to explain my concerns. We have used this location several times over the years and spent a lot of money in repairs, but this time has ruined all previous positive experiences. I will not be going back to this location. More

Dean was in charge of overseeing repairs on my Elantra. Repairs ran over the estimated time due to issues outside of their control (paint/body shop and my insurance company). Dean and the team at Mitchell Repairs ran over the estimated time due to issues outside of their control (paint/body shop and my insurance company).
