My brother and I are repeat customer at Criswell and this last week we brought our third Odyssey here. last week I contacted Natasha and asked for a q My brother and I are repeat customer at Criswell and this last week we brought our third Odyssey here. last week I contacted Natasha and asked for a quote of two van with options included. She was very details capturing the details of my preference of exterior and interior colors, options, accessories and with in ten minutes responses back with a price quote for the EX and EXL. I gave her my offer, she took them back to her sale manager and came back with the price and we closed the deal and all we have to do is just show up, to test drive the car and sign. As soon as we arrive at the dealership the vans are wash, tag and ready for us to take it for a road test. The paperwork were all ready and she explained in detail the signing section, about the finance offer. No pressure or bs on getting us to buy other accessories and offer stuff. She was very respectful and such a people person. The finance part was also quick and the entired process took less than two hours. After all the paperwork, she walked spending two hours walking ua through all of the feature of the van. Help us setup all of our phone to link to van. Explain every safety feature of the car. Walk through each option step by step. She went above and beyond because she does not have to do it since the deal were closed but she ensure we were comfortable with the car feature before we drive them off the lot. She also follow up the next day to check on us to see if we have other question or concern. Today I came back to have the accessories install on my new van and to sale my 2012 odyssey. Natasha personally took me over to the used car manager and I sold my old van. Working with Ed the used car sale consultant and we closed the deal within ten minutes.
