Criswell was one of the very few that would communicate with us mostly via email and do the negotiations up front, to accommodate our busy schedules (we knew exactly what we wanted). We worked with Natasha and she is extremely pleasant to work with. She found out I was a repeat customer and she pulled all the strings to get my business. (In the future I now will just go straight back to Criswell....). Once we showed up to test drive and sign, everything was very quick and efficient. I had come to Dealer Rater to directly contact a sales person, and I'm so glad I landed on Natasha. She responded quickly and without pressure to get you into the dealership. Her emails and subsequent offers to me were without strings attached and she was certainly true to her word. Natasha didn't play any games which is what I experienced locally, where the goal was to get me to step foot in the dealership. She was one of the few that met me on my level regarding how I wanted the dealing process to go, never once did she require me to come in person to continue talking. Working with her in person is even more of a pleasure, she is so easy going and has such great customer service that it was a breath of fresh air. Having gone through a vehicle purchase process many times, I"m always fairly guarded when walking into dealership keeping an eye out for that "curve ball". With Natasha, you have none of that to worry about, she is pretty straight forward and we never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to do. We had a little hiccup in communication regarding financing requirements but that was a non-issue to the whole experience overall. She's great, and continues to work with you even after you've purchased the car. It's clear she cares about her clients and why her clients keep coming back. Though it was a hike up from VA, it was 100% worth sitting in traffic for. If Honda vehicles continue to be in our family then we will absolutely make the trip back up. As for the finance process, talk about EASY. Kolo was great, there was no pressure sales tactics for warranties or service plans, it was in and out 10-15 min tops. He's efficient and makes it as painless as possible to hand over your money! More
