I had previously purchased a car at this dealership 6 years ago.Nate initially quoted me a down payment 40 percent higher on the monthly payment and 75 percent higher on the down payment. The cars had the same MSRP. I informed him of the offer from the other dealership and he was quick to match the deal.We said that is not good enough. He came back with another offer which we said no to. Then disappeared and came back with a third offer. We accepted , signed the contract and gave him a considerable down payment. We are getting ready to leave and will pick the car up on Monday. Out of the blue, the phone rings and he says the deal in not good. Excuse me, we signed on the dotted line, you made 3 counter offers, took our deposit, and you are reneging on the deal.We politely asked to speak with the sales manager whom had zero empathy, and or concern about a previous customer. he stated go buy a car elsewhere.I have bought and leased many a car and never experienced anything so sleazy, slimy or unprofessional as this. Do not give them business, there are many Honda dealerships whom are honorable. More

Long process with hidden fees and dishonest financing Spent over 6 hours through process, starting from 230 pm to well past 830 before we were able to leave. Vehicle had rust spot on door, do not expect with Certified program. Nevertheless we made a deal to make up for it. Dealer tried litany of extraneous sales fees: $129 nitrogen tires, $699 prep fee, all above and beyond standard tax/tags and documentation fees. Finance did not disclose APR until pressed, offering only payment options. Despite my 800+ credit score was offered a 5.9% rate despite other Honda dealerships offering rates in the 3% range in line with market. Was told this is standard Honda rate, Honda website shows 1.99% now. Was repeatedly told my trade was worth little $3-4K and wholesale only past 100K miles, found my trade in on their website a week later listing as a special buy over $10K. Dishonest sales process with extraneous fees and non transparent financing process to make additional margin. Sales person provided courteous service and front desk was responsive in mailing my plates but not enough to make up for an experience that tarnishes the Honda brand and gives a bad name to car dealers.
