My frustration and disappointment following my recent visit to your service department recently. I was told I was eligible for two complimentary oil changes, yet neither was honored—one due to exceeding mileage, and the other due to expiration by date. However, I delayed scheduling an appointment per the guidance I received: wait until the maintenance light appears. Unfortunately, the light did not come on until the end of the qualifying month, at which point I was informed that the promotion had expired. I feel this was misleading and unfair. To make matters worse, instead of combining the services or offering bundled pricing, I was charged for every service individually, resulting in a bill that far exceeded my expectations. This experience left me feeling overcharged and let down by what I believed would be a routine and trustworthy visit.
