I absolutely resent the upselling especially with only 10,000 miles on my Honda! The sales department here indicated that “service was included” during the first 24 months. Well sort of, I found out. The BR6 code that popped up recommended a service that probably should have been done at 15,000 miles. This unexpected $160 charge from my perspective was unnecessary at 10,000 and I should have been informed. More
