Top Drawer experience! I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Everyone was helpful, friendly and there was zero pressure from the salesman. He explained the Extended Warranty but didn't pressure me to buy and didn't try and up sell me on stuff I didn't want. I really appreciate that. This was my first Subaru from Mark Miller, but I'm certain now that it won't be the last. Love these guys and gals at Mark Miller! More

Amazing! I was very nervous to buy my first "brand new" car. Dave and Nate were both very friendly, professional and patient with me during the entire process I was very nervous to buy my first "brand new" car. Dave and Nate were both very friendly, professional and patient with me during the entire process. I was in touch with Dave and Sheryl several days prior to my appointment (including phone calls while I was driving across Wyoming), they helped streamline the process, having me compete several steps in advance to save time. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Mark Miller Subaru in the future! More

Easiest Car Purchase Ever We worked with Dawn Saak. I have email correspondence with her for a week before we were able to make it to the dealership and she was so helpful and We worked with Dawn Saak. I have email correspondence with her for a week before we were able to make it to the dealership and she was so helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. We had sent her a link to an available car we were interested in and she held it for us to look at without us specifically asking her to. We test drove an Outback and Forrester and liked them both. We ended up deciding to trade in our old Honda and buy the Outback. Dawn and everyone else was so friendly, even after I accidentally locked both Honda keys inside the car after everyone else was gone for the night. They were able to open it the next day and I was able to empty it. I would absolutely recommend them would definitely go back in the future. Thank you! More

Friendly, fast, professional, zero pressure. I went to this dealership 3 years ago looking to trade in my vehicle that had been having major mechanical issues since I purchased it. At the time I I went to this dealership 3 years ago looking to trade in my vehicle that had been having major mechanical issues since I purchased it. At the time I was too far upside-down in my loan to make a purchase at that time but that didn't keep them from helping me with everything they could. They didn't pressure me or repeatedly call me asking me when I was coming back because they listened and understood I was not financially ready to make the purchase. Fast forward to last Friday and I was finally ready (my car was in the shop for the 13th time). I was promptly greeted by Mark Kline who attentively listened to my situation and was eager to help. We went over what I was interested in and he helped me find the model and package that I wanted without ever making me feel pressured to spend more money. The dealership is a zero negotiation, no commission environment which fosters a sales environment that is very pro-consumer and very stress free. Mark was extremely helpful and eager to meet my needs, and I never felt like he was only interested in the needs of the dealership. The purchasing process was painless and quick compared to my experiences with other dealerships. They even have a concierge service that will come to your home and show you how to use all the bells and whistles and even program your garage door opener to work with the built in one at no extra charge. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience! "Old" Dave is the antithesis of what you expect of a car salesman. As a first time car buyer I was expecting anything but a pleasent experience. The second I talked to him on the phone I had a good feeling, although I was still wary. But as soon as he shook my hand I knew this was the guy who was gonna sell me my car. He was so personable and warm! He let me test drive multiple cars, even same model but different colors! And he never was anything but accommodating! I can't tell you how much I appreciated his jokes and stories calming my nerves and passing the time while waiting for the finance guy(who was also awesome!). I don't plan on stepping foot into any other dealership in the future...unless Dave has switch dealers ;) Oh and I also love the car he got me into! More
