Nate was the first person i talked to when I went in to check out Hyundai. He answered all my questions, showed me some cars. He called a few days later to follow up and we made an appointment for me to check out Hyundai. He answered all my questions, showed me some cars. Shawn was in the day my car arrived and took his time to show me everything, very helpful. Kevin reached out to welcome me to Annapolis Hyundai. Awesome experience with Nate and provided a quick and efficient process. Hands down the easiest car purchasing experience I have had to date! The dealership was great at reaching back out to me while waiting on my vehicle to arrive and keeping me updated throughout the shipment delays. Even since purchasing my vehicle, they've checked in on my exp waiting on my vehicle to arrive and keeping me updated throughout the shipment delays. Even since purchasing my vehicle, they've checked in on my experience and satisfaction. Everyone was extremely friendly, and it didn't feel like I was being pressured throughout the process, unlike several other places I'd been to. Huge thanks to Nate, Tao, and Terri! The documentation was done in a timely manner, and before we could blink our eyes the car keys were handed to us. They were also kind and patient enough during the process from start to finish.
