Overall, I was extremely happy with everything. The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that The car was in show room condition. The price was very fair. I got what I thought was a great trade in. The sales staff, management and everyone that I dealt with were very friendly and did not try to push me into buying anything extra. I was not expecting to get two keys for the car but I got two keys for the car and that made it extremely convenient. The one problem that I have is that there was no owners manual in the car. The car itself is very complicated and the sound system is even more so. When I asked about the owners manual, I was told it’s online. I went online. More than 200 pages of information is in the manual and to use that online, especially if I am utilizing my cell phone makes it very difficult to learn and utilize all of the electronic an audio possibilities with the car. This was a pleasant and easy car-buying experience. Overall the experience was good but they didn't agree to our final offer originally but they agreed the next day so we had to drive back down which caused us to drive another hour and a half the next day to our final offer originally but they agreed the next day so we had to drive back down which caused us to drive another hour and a half the next day to finalize the deal and it was a difference of $250.00. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted. More

Nate was the first person i talked to when I went in to check out Hyundai. He answered all my questions, showed me some cars. He called a few days later to follow up and we made an appointment for me to check out Hyundai. He answered all my questions, showed me some cars. He called a few days later to follow up and we made an appointment for me to come back to see what was coming in. I ordered one that day. Shawn was in the day my car arrived and took his time to show me everything, very helpful. Kevin reached out to welcome me to Annapolis Hyundai.
