The best experience we have ever had buying a new car. We were drawn to Royal Moore Toyota by the TV commercial we saw that said they were offering a 20 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty on new Toyot We were drawn to Royal Moore Toyota by the TV commercial we saw that said they were offering a 20 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty on new Toyota's. We went to the dealership and were greeted by Mike Heusler. He asked us if we had any particular model vehicl in mind. We responded with we want to look at a new 2018 Corolla. He showed us to the areaa where they were parked and we picked one out to look at. While he went to get the keys we looked around the lot and saw the new 2018 PriusC4 cars and immediately liked the new hatchback styling. We liked the new PriusC4 so much that we were no longer interested in a Corolla. Again, Mike went back to the office and got the keys for the car that we liked the best. He pulled the car out so we could get a good look at it. He offered for us to take a drive and we said yes, we would like that. Both my wife and I test drove the PriusC4 Hatchback and really liked it. When we returned to the dealership, Mike took us inside and explained all about the car and its features and also about the warranties and the price. We were still interested so Mike brought over his Sales Manager to go over the financials and to talk about our trade-in. We liked what we heard and decided to purchase the PriusC4 that we had driven. Mike then introduced us to the other manager who could finalize the deal and we signed the paper work. He then took us to the manager who took care of all of the legal paperwork we needed to buy and register the new car in our names. This whole experience was very low key. No pressure from anyone to get us to buy the car. We are especially thatnkful that we were taken care of by Mike Heusler. He was polite and answered all of our questions. we feel he treated us very truthfully and honestly through the buying process. Mike spent another hour with us going over all of the features of the new car before we took it home. All together a very comfortable process working with the people who make up Royal Moore's saless staff. We have now driven the PriusC4 for a week and both my wife and I love the car. We will be getting it serviced by Royal Moore's Service Dept. when it is time for service. We hope the Service department is as cordial and efficient as the sales personnel. More
