They didn't have the specific model & features on the lot that I was looking for, so they worked diligently to bring me exactly what I wanted from another dealer. I got exactly what I wanted for a good price, and none of the hassle that commonly comes with other dealerships. I also like the extra warranty provisions that Royal Moore extends to their customers. When I managed to ask a question for which he didn't have a ready answer he quickly found out. His patience with bringing my wife up to speed with the latest car tech was most appreciated. What really brings me back? Royal Moore Toyota Service department is the best! I wont take my vehicles anywhere else for repair or maintenance. I TRUST them. When was the last time you could say that about a mechanic? More

Tylene is incredible and makes you feel very comfortable and is super personable. I appreciated her kindness and non-pushyness soooo much! I literally cannot say enough great and wonderful things about her! She made sure my needs were met before and has continued to make sure I am comfortable after the purchase! A great great person! The only thing of improvement I would say is to make sure costumers haven't fact checked things. The price Nick came out and offered me for being a "returning/ loyal costumer" was the sale price which was published on the website, so I actually wasn't getting any kind of "returning/ loyal costumer deal." Just need to make sure you know what a costumer knows before you come out with a price you claim to be special. More
