Initially, there was some confusion regarding the quote I received, but they honored their offer and were very helpful throughout the process. Aws is funny and personable, and working with him definitely made the process more enjoyable. Nate helped with the paperwork and was very nice and quick with everything. Overall, I had great experience here and thought the whole process was pretty smooth and hassle-free. More

Leased a vehicle from them and purchased at lease end I leased a vehicle in 2012 from this dealership and then purchased the vehicle at the end of the 3 year lease. Everyone at the dealership is very frie I leased a vehicle in 2012 from this dealership and then purchased the vehicle at the end of the 3 year lease. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and I enjoy working with them - which is good, because they managed to make a mistake on the title application for my leased car. When I tried to buy it I could not finance through my bank because of this title mistake. I had to deal with basically every person at the dealership to try to get them to understand the problem (I guess it has never happened before, they didn't really understand it) and correct it. In the end my car buying process was long and annoying but overall positive. Tylene is a wonderful person to interact with, she is very helpful, and managed to make me feel comfortable through the stress of the process. Nate is also very nice and easy to work with. My only negative is, they do seem a bit disorganized. Three years ago it was the title mistake, this year they failed to take my down payment when I purchased the car so I had to drive back to the dealership after leaving. More
