Great experience, easy transaction. I came into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon interested in test driving a used Toyota Prius to use as an Uber/Lyft vehicle. I really had no inte I came into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon interested in test driving a used Toyota Prius to use as an Uber/Lyft vehicle. I really had no intention of buying on that day, I had just never driven one and knew it was a good vehicle to use as a taxi. They didn't have any on the main lot due to the construction, but Austin was more than happy to take me down the road to look at their other lot. We were able to take it on a fairly lengthy test drive through town, as well as on the back roads so that I could get a feel for how it handles in both situations. It was a great car and a hard price to pass up. We went in to talk numbers and I was able to negotiate for the price I wanted to pay. They were short a finance employee that day, and there was another purchase happening simultaneously, so Austin hung out while we waited and we talked football, baseball, basketball, and more. It was a very pleasant experience. The dealership came back with a good interest rate also. There was no instance of coming back with an absurd rate in hopes I wouldn't know what I was doing. That tells me they are an honest company. I think Nate was the finance guy. He explained everything quickly and got me signed and out of there. Anyway, if I ever need another Toyota, I would definitely return. More

Stressfree and Like Visiting with an Old Friend! I cannot recommend Royal Moore Toyota in any higher regard. There is no stress and all of the employees make you feel like you are there to visit wit I cannot recommend Royal Moore Toyota in any higher regard. There is no stress and all of the employees make you feel like you are there to visit with old friends, no pressure packed sales pitches at this dealership. They are extremely accommodating in order to provide you the best deal that works for you and they all work extremely hard to implement and tweak every aspect of the deal so that it works for you. I am extremely fortunate, I was moving from many years in a rampvan, using a wheelchair, to no chair and able to buy a regular SUV. Still needed the higher seating, like a minivan, as my body is not strong enough for up and down multiple times in a low sitting car. All of the employees involved were professional, yet open and very friendly. They made getting my new car a celebration and made me feel like it was so important to them that I was moving in reverse as far as type of vehicle needed to the norm. They really wanted me to be able to drive my new car home, not take my rampvan home and come back to get my new car the next day. Several stayed an hour after closing to finish things up, even unloading my van and transferring my belongings to my new car. Then they sat with me outside in the dark making sure they taught me what I needed to know about the operating systems of my new car and went over every detail. They did not make me feel rushed, even though it was an hour after closing. They were so happy for me and just made a dream purchase work and seem like a celebration of my progress and also of getting a gorgeous new car after trading in a 20 year old converted rampvan. I have made several trips back for various things, not problems with my car, and they act so happy to see me, call me by my first name and just make it a joyful experience every time I step in the door. Not just one employee, but all, and all I dealt with know me by name and come to greet me. My experience was and continues to be not one to be glad it is over but one that encourages me to visit again and see my friends, who happen to run a car dealership! They also went out of their way to be sure they were giving me a fair trade in price as it was a rampvan, not the usual type of vehicle they deal with. They also had the best price for the model I chose and were so accommodating in every aspect of the car search and buying experience. A friend in CA was a large part of me being able to purchase a car and they spent approximately 1 1/2 hours on my cell phone, talking to her and explaining and working out details plus describing the features of the car I liked. We were there handing the phone back and forth and never did they give me the feeling they were fed up with this, let's make the deal and you get out. In. fact, they all mentioned how nice my CA friend seemed by the way she talked to them on the phone. They are also pet friendly and make you feel like they want you to visit with your pet and they care about your pets as much as their own, sharing pictures and stories. My experience was definitely an EXTREMELY POSITIVE experience! More
