I have been with Royal Moore Toyota for over 6 years with a total of 15 years in the auto industry, 13 of those years have been with Toyota. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 23 years and we have 2 adult children. Originally from La Grande in NE Oregon, I enjoy spending my off-time in the mountains hiking, camping and fishing. Many salesmen contacted me to come see them, but Luis from Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, OR made our decision easy. He was helpful, friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We never felt any pressure or that he used any gimmicks or tricks. He listened to what was important to us and didn't stop working until our needs were met. He worked with us without hassle and got us what we wanted for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership, but especially Luis. I would like to add that the manager, Ron, and the finance manager, Nate, were also awesome! They were honest and worked extra hard for us. All 3 of these gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations. In the future, Royal Moore will be our first stop. More

As usual, went in to look, but ended up buying a 4Runner! Honestly, we were going to look at a 4Runner Limited then go to McMinnville and have them transfer from another dealership, but after talking with Aus Honestly, we were going to look at a 4Runner Limited then go to McMinnville and have them transfer from another dealership, but after talking with Austin, and finding out they had the exact model we were looking for, just off the truck, still wrapped from shipping, we ended up buying it then and there. It even had the automatic running board option we wanted. Was really happy about the 20-year 200,000 mile power and drive train warranty that they give free. We worked with Austin, Ron, and Nate and all were a pleasure to work with.. After my hubby drove my 4Runner, he said he now wants one, so will be back in a couple of months when the VW buyback happens and we get our check.. Thanks to everyone at Royal Moore! Now if I could just get some time to go play in the new truck! More

Great Experience I've bought three cars in my life and the previous two experiences were awful. So awful that buying a car ranks right up there with public speaking in my book. Royal Moore made this experience very pleasant. I dealt with Jason Walraven and, unlike my previous experiences, he was perfectly willing to handle everything by email. He was prompt, courteous and patient. I never felt pressure to make an immediate decision or to come into the dealership. Out of experience I try to stay out of the dealership until I'm ready to purchase and Jason was very understanding. Once I selected the model, color and accessories I wanted and sent the request via email, Jason was able to find one locally. He sent me the spec sheets and price and had everything ready to go when I walked into the dealership. He was able to add the one accessory I requested before I came in. I was in and out in under two hours. The price was very fair and I'm very happy with the service and the vehicle. By far the best car buying experience I've had. More
