Javier and the sales team explained everything clearly, gave me space to make decisions, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable with each step. The process was transparent, and I never felt pressured into something I didn’t want. I ended up with a vehicle that I love, and the dealership made sure it was ready, clean, and in perfect condition before I drove off. I wanted to write a positive review for this dealership, but my experience just doesn't warrant one. My wife and I spent 3.5 hours to make a cash purchase of a used car at this dealer. The first 45 minute but my experience just doesn't warrant one. My wife and I spent 3.5 hours to make a cash purchase of a used car at this dealer. The first 45 minutes were spent with the sales person and seemed like a reasonable amount of time. The next 2 hours and 45 minutes were spent mostly waiting with only 30 minutes spent with the sales manager and the final paper processing person. To be made to wait this amount of time for a cash purchase is really unacceptable. No reasons for the wait were given. No apologies. Not a good customer experience. We had purchased a new Toyota from a different dealer a couple years prior and that cash sale took 90 minutes total. There is something wrong with Royal Moore's process. Also, this dealer adds a theft mitigation product to each car it sells. It is explained by the sales person, but it isn't revealed that it adds an additional $398 to the price of the car until the final paperwork. This boarders on being "shady". If the customer didn't ask for this feature, then they should have the option to decline. We did not have this option. The final paper processor said we should have negotiated it when the final numbers were presented. It was presented quickly and didn't register at the time, so to put that back on the customer is a bit weak. Future buyers beware that you can negotiate the cost of this feature, but do it before agreeing to the final price. Our vehicle, a certified Subaru, is great. The over drawn process and the feeling that we were taken advantage of by the management makes us recommend you look at other dealers for a better experience. More
