Its a pleasure to work with good people! I recently visited Mazda of Roswell while looking for a midsize SUV. I have to say that I have never driven a Mazda or even been in one. I was blown away by the quality of the vehicle, mainly the way it drove. It was quiet, powerful and had a luxury feel that felt similar to my Wife's Audi. I had test drove the Rav4, the CrV and the Nissan Rogue with my last car being a Hyundai Tucson. The Mazda CX-5 was head and shoulders better in every way. My appointment was set up by Ceaira Henderson and she was a pleasure to deal with....she was not pushy at all and followed up just the right amount. My salesperson was Nate Williams and knew my nam and was their to greet me upon arrival. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was selling and had the car I was interested in pulled up and cleaned ready for me to look at. It was a pleasure to work with someone that was so passionate about the product he sold. My experience with him that day was first class. I was so impressed with the vehicle and dealership that I made the purchase that day. I had been to 5-6 dealerships in the week leading up to my appointment and Mazda of Roswell was the premiere experience. I worked with Louis Safdie in accounting and he made the process easy and a pleasure yet again. The car did have one issue that was minor and after a few days, the Sales Manager, Clevelin Clay was able to assist and solve the problem with no additional cost to myself. He reached out to me personally and stayed in touch as my follow up appointment was made. John Carny in service was outstanding and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. He helped with getting my windows tinted and went above and beyond in both meetings. Cleveland was waiting to meet me upon arrival and checked in with me to ensure I was happy before leaving. His commitment to personal service was very impressive and can be seen in the interactions with other employees at the dealership. I highly recommend the team at Mazda of Roswell and look forward to doing business again soon. More
