Before going to Concordville Subaru, I had been to 2 other dealerships ( Toyota and Honda) and was treated by their salesmen as if I were too insignificant to deal with. My wonderful friend accompanied me to Concordville Subaru where I met Nathalie who treated me with kindness and respect, took time to show me several cars, went with me for a test drive, and explained safety and all other features of the car I liked. What a wonderful experience!! You should clone Nat so that all car buyers have a relaxed and informative experience - just like I did!! She understood what I did & didn’t want in a car. When I left with a beautiful blue Forrester Touring, I was totally pleased with the car and with Nathalie!! She is a gem!!!! She has a standing invitation to my house for Sunday dinner any time.
