I had a five star experience with Concordville and everyone who assisted me with my purchase! I tested this car with Craig and decided to wait one more day to have my daughter drive it before I made everyone who assisted me with my purchase! I tested this car with Craig and decided to wait one more day to have my daughter drive it before I made my final decision and Craig said that he would not be there the next day but would leave word with Aaron, his manager. The next day, when we arrived, Aaron had arranged for Nathalie to fill in. My daughter test drove the car and we agreed that it might be “the one”! I told Nathalie and Aaron that I had read some very negative reviews on line regarding this dealership and used cars so I informed them that the sale was contingent upon my driving the car to my mechanic for an independent audit. They were most accommodating and, as you can see, it passed that test since I now own this 2017 Ford Focus. I couldn’t be more pleased with the no-pressure treatment and the efforts made to make this a rewarding experience. And one additional thing - I mentioned to Nathalie that I was disappointed that the vehicle did not have an owner’s manual and when I went back the next day with the paperwork after inspection, Nathalie handed me an owner’s manual for my car. This after-purchase customer service was unexpected and very much appreciated! 😉 More
