Cesar Nunez was our sales person and the ONLY part of our experience at Heiser that was pleasant. From having to sit at the dealership for 6 hours because there was only 1 person in finance to actually havi experience at Heiser that was pleasant. From having to sit at the dealership for 6 hours because there was only 1 person in finance to actually having to take the new used vehicle that we purchased to a different dealer ship within the first week to resolve a problem with the vehicle which was actually made worse by this dealership. I will never be back there and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Everyone that I had to work with after Cesar was not polite or helpful. More

Starting on 2/26/21, we brought our 5-month-old Camaro in for a malfunctioning backup camera. It took three long visits to successfully complete the repair and we encountered one rude service writer along t for a malfunctioning backup camera. It took three long visits to successfully complete the repair and we encountered one rude service writer along the way. Our first visit was written up by Nathan, who we've worked with before and who was very helpful. After the first visit we were told that a new camera would be ordered, since they did not have one in stock, and that we would be called when the part arrived. About 10 days later we were called and set up our second appointment. After that appointment, we were told that the wiring harness for the camera also needed to be replaced, and that they would order the part and call us when it was available. After waiting two weeks for this part to arrive, we called Heiser to see if there was any news. We were told that the part was already in. Apparently we were never called to schedule an appointment. We were set up with an appointment first thing the next day. After dropping the car off at 7:30am on 3/12/21, we were called by about 10:30am and informed that the car was ready. Pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround, I replied that we would be over during lunch break to pick it up. At about 12:45 my wife and I stopped in to the service area to inquire about the repair and find out what needed to be done to compete the process to collect the car. We were rudely ignored for several long minutes while the only service writer in the area (Matt?) continued to chat with a technician and then with another employee. This was all without ever acknowledging our presence. If nothing else, I would think that a simple "I'll be right with you" would have been appropriate. We were finally told to "Go see the Cashier." We sarcastically apologized for bothering him. The cashier was very pleasant, but had to go talk to the service writer, because the keys to the car had not been given to her with the paperwork. She was apologetic for the delay and when we finally were able to pick up the car, the camera had finally been fixed and worked fine. I've purchased 6 new Chevys from Heiser over the last several years and many of the staff know me and some of my family. Prior to this encounter, we've never had an unpleasant visit. The sales and service staff have always been friendly and helpful and repairs were always completed in a reasonable timeframe. I'm sorry. Maybe things were just off a little bit this time, but based strictly on this one repair, I don't feel like I can give my usual 5-star review. Hopefully things will be better next time. More
