I enjoy the friendly service by the staff. The particle board to cover my spare tire was broken during a prior visit. Took a car in twice for transmission problem and believe it was misdiagnosed and then was given a less than desirable trade in value. Went to 3rd party service and was given a much better option for repai it was misdiagnosed and then was given a less than desirable trade in value. Went to 3rd party service and was given a much better option for repairing the transmission at 1/3 the price. Chose to go to another dealership and received a favorable trade in on a new vehicle. More than double what Heiser offered on the same car in the same condition. Kind of feel like Heiser was taking me for a ride. More
