A lovely ending to an exhausting quest I have a lovely new used Toyota Highlander in my driveway today and it is because of the wonderful and patient car consultant, Nathan Ingram at Welles I have a lovely new used Toyota Highlander in my driveway today and it is because of the wonderful and patient car consultant, Nathan Ingram at Wellesley Toyota. After 2001 Honda Odyssey died at the end of April I began the quest for the perfect used car, that would fill all my needs and not break the bank. This search ended up being a 7 week odyssey!! I knew I was done with a minivan but I had no idea what I did want. Nathan joined me early on in my search. Wellesley Toyota had been recommended to me and Nathan was the lucky fellow who asked if he could help me. I was first interested in the Rav4, so we drove one of those. They also had Scions at the dealership and so I tried one of those. All the time Nathan is answering all of my questions. Not finding the car I needed, my quest took me to other dealerships and different brands of cars, still looking for a vehicle that was going to fill all my needs. At many of these car establishments I was not treated very nicely, some laughed at me, some scolded me and some even mocked me for my desire to try different cars so I could figure out which car was right for me. During this time I told people that I would love to buy a car from Nathan as he was one of the few salesmen who showed me respect and listened to what I had to say. A few weeks later I went back to Nathan and tried another car then went home to access. After about a month I had figured out that I wanted a Toyota Highlander, it is a safe car, has a third row and has a max. cargo area of 94 cubic feet!!!! It also comes as a hybrid and they had a used hybrid highlander at Wellesley so I called Nathan. Around Wellesley Nathan and I drove, and I liked the car but even a used hybrid has a steep price tag. So yet again I thank Nathan and head on my way. Then last week I saw online that Wellesley Toyota had a used Highlander with everything I had been looking for (not hybrid but I had already let that one go). Once again I emailed Nathan and set up a test drive, and this was the car!!!! During all of the negotiations and paperwork, Nathan helped me feel full informed which was such a blessing as this was a huge purchase. Never once did I ever feel like Nathan was frustrated or discontented working with me, and I can't say that for many of the other salesmen that I worked with. Since I spent 7 weeks out and about in the world of used cars, I feel confident to say that Nathan Ingram is a wonderful person to buy a car from!! He made this exhausting and daunting experience a joy and I am SO happy with my new cypress green Highlander!! Thank you Nathan, Shaun and Wellesley Toyota! peace More

On Saturday 2/26/2014, I bought my first car from Toyota of Wellesley. I was apprehensive going on my own to buy my first car as some of my experiences with other dealers were less than comfortable. My experience at this dealership, Toyota of Wellesley, exceeded my expectations on the quality of customer service that I received. Both John and Nathan were very professional, knowledgeable and treated me with great respect. I brought my dad to get his input on the final decision and he was so impressed with their follow up to details, that he has ordered a car from them as well. After I had purchased the car, the level of service has been just as impressive. Nathan took time and went through all the features of the car with me and my dad. He took his time in making sure that I knew how to work everything and that all my questions were answered. For my first time buying a car, I have to say that my overall experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Great place to buy a car and really excellent customer service. More

I was very apprehensive about buying another car. It has been over 12 years since I bought my last car so I was not looking forward to all of the typical wheeling and dealing that usually takes place. Was I ever surprised to find out how the times have changed! The atmosphere at Wellesley Toyota was very relaxed and friendly! I had an idea of what I was looking for and lucky for me they had the car I was interested in. Nathan was very knowledgeable and never hesitated to explain every aspect of the car. After a very successful test drive, I pretty much knew the car was a keeper. Once back at the dealership, it was a simple as 1-2-3 and you're done! The whole process was quick and painless...wish I could say the same about the root canal I had the next day! Anyway, the salespeople and the dealership were great and I would strongly suggest that you make a stop in to Wellesley Toyota to get your next car! More

I stepped into the viewing room at Welleslley Totoya and felt very welcomed. The staff and workers there were very helpful and answered all of my needs. I had my daughter with me and she was able to play felt very welcomed. The staff and workers there were very helpful and answered all of my needs. I visited this showroom after my research in autotrader.com & cars.com. I was looking for a Toyota Rav4 2011 with low-mileage with was with this dealer. Over all experience at the showroom was e autotrader.com & cars.com. I was looking for a Toyota Rav4 2011 with low-mileage with was with this dealer. Over all experience at the showroom was excellent. The vehicle was ready for test drive with all relevent documents with the executive. I visited late in evening that too before the closing time but Mr. John M (Sales Maneger, Preowned cars) stayed back to share the details on the warranty, other aspects and prepare the Purchase Agreement so that I can complete the rest formalities the very next day. Nathan provided the complete details of the vehicle, test drive assistance and if any scratches etc. very clearly and also helped in assisting me with few insurance providers so that the process can be completed in time. Will be getting the vehicle after the title/registration etc. Overall, was a good experience to provide business to Wellesley Toyota (Nathan/John M from pre-owned cars department). More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in purchasing our new car thanks to Nathan and Shaun. They were very attentive to our questions and needs and were terrific problem solvers. In 2012 we bought a ne our new car thanks to Nathan and Shaun. They were very attentive to our questions and needs and were terrific problem solvers. In 2012 we bought a new 2011 XLE Camry. After purchase Nathan brought us to the service department to introduce us and to schedule a date for the car's first check up. He has been very available for all our questions and responds immediately. We can't say enough about Nathan and Shaun and, therefore, Wellesley Toyota. Today I picked up my third Toyota from Wellesley Toyota. The sales and service staff there are always courteous, helpful and friendly. Josh responded very quickly to my e-mail request for a quote and arranged a test drive for me. Nathan spent a lot of time with me going over paperwork, options and tracking down the right car (a 2011 Corolla S). He was patient enough to redo the paperwork without complaint after I changed my mind on one of the options. Nathan was very low-key--no big sales pitch--and he has excellent customer service skills. The turnaround to get the car was very fast. Also pleasant to do business with is Courtney, who closed the paperwork and gave a very balanced explanation of the additional coverage available. I never felt pressured during the sales process and am very happy with the overall experience. I've always brought my cars in to be serviced there, as the service staff is very skilled, helpful and always find time to fit me into their busy schedule. They arrange rides to/from home or work and are conscientious yet practical about repairs. I highly recommend Wellesley Toyota for an excellent experience, both sales and service. More

Hi, my name's Elizabeth and I just leased a new 2010 Toyota Corolla at Wellesley of Toyota this past week. I just wanted to share my story, because it might ease other people who are having a difficult Toyota Corolla at Wellesley of Toyota this past week. I just wanted to share my story, because it might ease other people who are having a difficult time financially and are in the market for a new car. First of all, I can't say enough great things about Wellesley of Toyota!! To put it simply, they are amazing. When you first walk into their showroom you are warmly welcomed and greeted. They go above and beyond to work with each customer to make sure they are able to purchase and finance a car that will work within their budget and suit their specific needs. They don't overwhelm you with a thousand options and distract you with any sales shannigans, which was terrific. They are very focused. I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan Ingram, a Sales Consultant and Courtney Shick, Financial Service Manager at the Toyota of Wellesley. They both saved the day and week for me to sum up everything. I was having a rollercoaster of a week with my old car breaking down for good, searching for a rental car and looking for a new car all at the same time. This week started off as a nightmare and it turned out to be one of the best and most encouraging weeks I've had recently. My case was probably very different than most people who they see walk through their door in such an affluent area as Wellesley. My credit was completely dreadful and just awful due to a rough period of time in my life and I am working hard now to get back on track. I didn't think it would be possible to get approved for financing there or anywhere for that matter. I test drove a corolla and just thought it was perfect. I knew it would be a reliable car to get me to and from work. Unfortunately, I was not approved for financing that evening, which I knew was likely and I expected this to happen. I went home completely discouraged and in tears despite Courtney's and Nathan's efforts to keep me positive. When I left they both said they will do all they can to help get me approved. At first, I was so discouraged despite their kind words that I didn't think I had a shot at all of getting approved and moved on with plans to look at other car options. I was planning on going to a smaller lesser known dealership with not as good of a reputation who may be hurting for business to buy a used car with cash after work the very next day. But I was very surprised when I returned home that same evening and had a voice mail from Nathan reassuring me that Courtney was doing everything he can to make this happen. The very next day I had a voice mail in the morning from Courtney saying he has contacted everyone he can at Toyota to get me approved and to lower my monthly payments to meet my budget needs. He reassured me that he was making progress and to stay positive. Later that afternoon, both Nathan and Courtney called me saying they had fantastic news, they were able to get me approved for financing. I was shocked, amazed, and very grateful to these two gentleman who went completely out of their way for me. Courtney was very patient with me when I showed up the next day lacking all the specific documents I forgot in all the craziness of the week. I was able to come in the next day with all my documents and pay for the vehicle. Nathan even stayed around later on Friday evening to accommodate my work schedule. I wasn't able to get out until 5:30 pm and Nathan made sure to stick around to greet me and answer all my questions, which was very nice. It was such an usually warm sunny day, that I felt bad keeping him at work. Toyota of Wellesley is a terrific place and I would recommend anyone and everyone to shop and become a customer here! They are the complete opposite of the stereotypical car sales men that everyone fears. They really do care about their customers and I am very happy I made a trip to their showroom on Tuesday eveing. I didn't have to look anywhere else! My coworker also has a Toyota and she is going to transfer her service and maintenance over to Toyota of Wellesley since we both really enjoyed our experiences there. They even have a shuttle service that will drive us to work when our vehicles are being worked on. If you make a trip down to Toyota, I would definitely ask for Nathan or Courtney. They are the best! My coworker and I even got new Toyota coffee mugs, which I will bring to work with me on Monday to sit proudly on my desk. Thanks! - Liz More
