This is the second car I have purchased from Wellesley Toyota, and I just wish I had found them sooner! I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with this dealership, and I highly recommend them. Th Toyota, and I just wish I had found them sooner! I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with this dealership, and I highly recommend them. The level of service is unbeatable, I never felt rushed, they answered all my questions and took as much time as I needed to help me find the right car. The dealership also has an extensive collection of complimentary beverages, a large, open area to sit while waiting for service and a children’s play area. They seem to have thought of everything to ensure your comfort and safety while you are there. Right now is an absolutely terrible time to purchase a car and I found that CPO cars were more expensive than buying new, which was shocking. The problem is, there is NO inventory out there, even for new cars, and finding a car that met my needs and contained the features I wanted seemed almost impossible. But I went to Wellesley Toyota and it was like they had the car built just for me. I was so lucky to have such a great experience. I enjoyed working with Alens especially. He was very thoughtful and thorough and took plenty of time to work with me. I also need to recognize the many other people who helped me, including Nathan, John and Al. They work together cooperatively and they made sure that my car buying experience was great. I am expecting to need a second car in the next year and I will absolutely make an appointment with Alens for that transaction. Though this is beyond the scope of rating the dealership, I also want to add that I could not have been happier with the car we ultimately bought. I have not had it for long and there are still many features to explore, but it is truly a beautiful car and it will be well loved for many years, I hope. More

Marcus is a wonder. I purchased a new Rav4 hybrid and had no idea how to work all the bells and whistles.
