Service Mana Regarding my previous review addressing my displeasure over the dealer not replacing the worn tires on a car I just purchased from them. Service Manager/Ryan reached out to me. He offered to replace the worn tires and perform an alignment all at no cost to me. Minutes later Service Advisor/Nathan contacted me, scheduled an appointment and I now have new tires. I could not be happier! Thank you Ryan and Nathan for offering me five star customer service! I look forward to working with you, for all my Mercedes needs, in the future. More
