I had a bolt rusted on my license plate. I was given 8:00 appointment. So I got there on time and it took 2 hours to get it done and then they put old license plate back on. We have been going to Toyota service for over 20 years and have previously had basically good experiences. We have 4 Toyotas in the family and are considering changing where we get our service done. In and out in under one hour. 100% professional service writer and tech. There was a condition printout provided and the tech even provided a narrated video of the underside of the truck. That was a new one for me. We also have a Lexus that is serviced at Lexus of Wayzata. Lexus of Wayzata is a 10 but St. Cloud Toyota is a 12. They even provided a complimentary carwash. More
