When deciding between several vehicles nationwide, Nathan's amazing response to my request for a virtual video tour of the vehicle helped erase any perceived doubts on the pre-owned vehicle quality, and sealed my decision to partner on the sale! Nathan gets an A+ on personality and long distance response skills. Jackie Coopers sales process was smooth and flexible. I drove 5 hours to pick up my car and it was prepped and ready to go! The rest of the staff also introduced themselves and welcomed me! Nice work all! More

The sales process was excellent. Nathan was such a great and prompt communicator. When I had an issue after the sale, he worked hard to quickly and fairly resolve it. Let me start out by saying, I hate buying cars. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. Recently we had an accident resulting in the total loss of our families primary vehicle. Dealing w I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. Recently we had an accident resulting in the total loss of our families primary vehicle. Dealing with insurance has been a very frustrating experience and ultimately cost our family about $10k, due to the valuation of the vehicle coming in $10k less than what we could replace our vehicle for. I dreaded looking for a replacement, but found one online that I thought was priced fairly and traveled from Northwest Arkansas to look at it. I initially was contacted by Carlos who got me all the information I needed quickly. Carlos was of that day but ensure we were taken care of. When we arrived Nathan had the vehicle ready for us to look at and created a great environment that we felt welcomed. Our overall experience was great! Nathan’s no pressure friendly approach was refreshing, and made our car buying experience great. I appreciate the great experience after dealing with the stress/frustration with the insurance company, working with Nathan reminds me that there are good people in this world. Thanks! More
