I didn’t have any expectations with Jackie Cooper until I contacted you for some info and video walk around on a specific car. I was immediately greeted with a great personalized video that gave me an amazin contacted you for some info and video walk around on a specific car. I was immediately greeted with a great personalized video that gave me an amazing walk though and helped me decide I that this was going to be my new car. I made the drive and was greeted at the car by Nathan and the rest is history. In my experience I wish more people in the industry were as helpful and courteous as he has been. I mean he went above and beyond. Even driving my car to me in okc the following day! Thank you Nathan and the Jackie Cooper group. More

My husband and I stopped by to checkout some vehicles. We met Nathan Lovell outside and had no idea how much fun the next 2 hours were going to be. Nathan was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. W We met Nathan Lovell outside and had no idea how much fun the next 2 hours were going to be. Nathan was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We quickly realized we were interested in a used Infiniti QX60 and he showed us what was available. After doing some research, and a test drive, Nathan accompanied us down to the Infiniti store to help us checkout the inventory on their lot. We fell in love with a certified vehicle at the Infiniti dealership and he quickly got us acquainted with their staff. We were on a time crunch and their entire team - from finance to management - did everything they could to get us out of there on time in the car of my dreams! They had it washed and setup inside, ready for me to drive out immediately after paperwork. Honestly the best part of the day was just how relaxed we felt with Nathan. He made the entire experience so comfortable. You can tell he is very honest and professional, and truly just wants to help people get the best vehicle for them! Would 100% recommend sending my family to Jackie Cooper, and specifically ask for Nathan Lovell! More
