This dealership sold me a car at a price which was commensurate with a vehivle with more options. Shame on me for not catching it but the sales rep did all he could to answer questions, just not the commensurate with a vehivle with more options. Shame on me for not catching it but the sales rep did all he could to answer questions, just not the ones I was asking. I would never buy from this dealership again and will actively advise folks not to do business with these people. Case in point, most every dealership has a few day return policy if not satisfied, because they know they can work out something to make the customer happy. This dealership does NOT have such a policy and its likely because of their deceptive sales tactics. More

I just got my first BMW , Although there were few manufacturers issues in the first few days But I need to mention that I received the Best service At BMW of monterey from the day 1 especially wit manufacturers issues in the first few days But I need to mention that I received the Best service At BMW of monterey from the day 1 especially with Nathan the salesperson who was very knowledgeable, honest and very patiently answered all my questions , I am so happy with my car, thank you BMW of monterey And thank you Nathan for All your help. We have to give the highest praise for Nathan Reed, the salesman who helped us through the entire purchasing process. No pressure, quite knowledgeable , and very friendly guy. We initially started with the Volvo dealership to purchase a hybrid Volvo, but we turned away because of the facility, we had to look for a salesman, and the selection was not good. It was a whole different and pleasing experience with BMW of Monterey. RLR More
