Took 3 days to complete MOST of the repairs. Still can't have passenger because of defective seat belt that can't get parts for but that's not the dealerships fault. Tire pressure overfilled by 6 lbs, no excuse for that. Then I couldn't find my car & wandered angrily around the lot looking for it. Rep said to push the panic button . . . seriously? Finally found in front lot with vehicles for sale. Really should know where they park vehicles for pickup. Then I had to take it back 2nd time for STILL defective tire sensor. After picked up the first time realized that steering wheel & seat heater no longer working (fine before it went in) . They claimed it couldn't have been anything they did (I call xx) & cost me ANOTHER $450. I will never go this dealership again (except for when seat belt comes in because it SHOULD be warranty) unless I have no choice. I'm looking for another local dealership for my next Jeep Cherokee purchase; if none around I will buy something other than Jeep. More

In the 30 years I have been driving, the service team at RD has been the best I’ve ever worked with. I will continue to give my business to the RD service team as long as I live in this area. As my previous lease was about to expire, I was exploring options to buy or refinance. The salesman pushed for another lease, which I did not want, and offered few options. More
