Nathan joined our sales team in 2012. Nathan is also a huge sports fan. One of his most fond memories is watching the Boston Red Sox come from three games down in the 2004 ALCS and later win the World Series finally reversing the curse. A little known fact, Nathan was scouted in high school and invited to an open try out with the Tampa Bay Rays. Nathan is a proud husband and father and it shows. Overall, I was happy with my experience at Cityside Subaru. I was eventually sold a quality car at a decent price. I was definitely surprised though when they tried to add a $4k charge on top of the MS Subaru. I was eventually sold a quality car at a decent price. I was definitely surprised though when they tried to add a $4k charge on top of the MSRP, which had absolutely not been discussed 2 days prior in emails. They tried to claim the price from 2 days prior was valid on that date, but today they needed to add $4k. This seems wrong based on other reports I've seen of them adding $2k charges from earlier in May. It would be nice if you could simply be upfront about these costs in the initial emails rather than being shady about it. You had the vehicle I wanted and I would have been willing to discuss it. I was absolutely not willing to pay an extra $4k for the vehicle over my quote though. This makes me question whether I'd recommend this dealership to others. More

I brought my 2008 Outback in for repairs and was given an estimate of over $6000. I decided to buy a new vehicle instead. Junior was extremely helpful. I got a 2021 Impreza with 63 months of 0% financing. Wh estimate of over $6000. I decided to buy a new vehicle instead. Junior was extremely helpful. I got a 2021 Impreza with 63 months of 0% financing. When I went to settle bill for old car I was told I didn't owe anything because I bought a new vehicle. I was given $200 for old car which is being donated. I got to take my new car home on the same day. I'm quite pleased with the service at Citysidesubaru. More

Junior Williams was absolutely wonderful. We really appreciated how Junior listened to what we were looking for and how he was able to make a recommendation based on our needs.
