Stellar Customer Service Indeed! For the past 6 months I've been meaning to return to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I wanted to upgrade from my X1. Although life happened and I was For the past 6 months I've been meaning to return to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I wanted to upgrade from my X1. Although life happened and I was delayed and missed a few appointments, at no time did NayColle's attention to me or interest in me waiver. I spoke with her a week ago and told her exactly what I was looking for. By the time I finally made it in this past Wednesday evening near 6pm, although she was already gone for the day, without hesitation she came right back in so she could attend to me. As if that wasn't impressive enough, considering she wasn't expecting me, in no time she had two perfect X2's for me to see and test drive. Her upbeat personality and professionalism were a joy and her ability to make the process a smooth one appreciated. Within 2 hours, I got the best packaged deal literally and figuratively! NayColle even came in on her day off the next day to ensure i was 100% satisfied. Honestly, I felt like I had a dream team there at BMW of Sarasota and would also like to thank Jasmine, Robert, and Caz because they all had my best interest at heart. I also want to say a special thank you to Mr. Victor Young for running such a stellar and reputable organization. Appreciated him personally speaking with me both times I was there when he didn't have to. Thanks BMW of Sarasota for making me feel like family. I keep coming back and its because of all of you! I’m finally into the vehicle I really wanted & needed since I’m 6’4” 1/2 and my son is equally as tall. The team I work with in Sarasota FL is pretty awesome and definitely take great care of me. I’m in a 2018 X5 sDrive35i and couldn’t be happier. I’ll cherish this vehicle as I did my 2016 528i. High kudos marks go to NayColle Wright & Jonathan Parker!!! Now, I work at the port where dust, chemicals, fumes, dirt flies all over and I’m looking for some advice. I saw on the internet that new BMW owners get a BMW car cover to protect their prize. I forgot about asking my sales team but thought I’d ask corporate. That would be a admirable gift for owners of such fine machines.
