I don’t think getting a pre owned car with a nick in the windshield that the dealership won’t replace is cool. And only one key fob isn’t right either. Do right by your customers. But this truly didn’t sit well with me. I turned in my used car with the handbook and all 3 keys with Weather Tec mats and didn’t quite get the trade in that I thought it was worth. Then the dealership turns around and makes a few $$$ from it and still can’t fix my windshield or order me a new key fob for free. Guess it wasn’t the dealership I thought it was. More

Nazario said he would lend me another car while it was being repaired, but that he would not have an 8-seater (like the one I bought), so I am not happy about that. In addition, my monthly payment amounts (although I agreed) were a little different than agreed. I am satisfied (to a certain extent) with the deal, but my concern is being in possession of a problematic vehicle. More
