I felt slighted the day I picked up my new vehicle. After signing all the paperwork and the technology specialist setting up and reviewing the different technologies in the Silverado. I did not see the my sales person after the technology specialist was finished. I understand DePaula is a volume dealer with Chevrolet but if customers are not satisfied in the ends, you just lost a customer. I will not buy another vehicle from Depaula.
We bought a brand new equinox and it wasn't properly gone
through. There was a hole in the washer fluid bottle. Now it has a sd card error.
