I met with Neal Graham to test drive different vehicles, specifically the Tundra and Tacoma. He was very professional, friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. One thing he did that I tho specifically the Tundra and Tacoma. He was very professional, friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. One thing he did that I thought was very impressive and professional was he briefly excused himself to greet new customers or someone he knew from previous interactions. My impression of the dealership overall is also very positive. It was easy to schedule an oil change, it was done in a good amount of time especially given they were busy, and the maintenance technician did a great job of reviewing everything with me. More
